UMD Bookstore Consultation Project
I worked with three class members on a small business consultation project in partnership with the UMD Center for Economic Development and their Small Business Initiative Program.
The goal of this project was to improve the consumer shopping experience at the University bookstore at the University of Minnesota Duluth campus. The research process involved a group total of 40 hours of in store consumer observation hours, individual research, and utilizing the lessons which we learned during the course.
In addition to helping project research I compiled and designed the final plans book which included our store observation data and final recommendations which was presented to the bookstore manager and our professor.
